We outsource some of our marketing services to a third party – Fuel Marketing. Whilst we remain the data controller for personal data relating to our clients, we also have “processor” responsibilities alongside Fuel Marketing. We can confirm that Fuel Marketing will be responsible for data selection and targeting for emailing and mailing activities, as well as marketing segmentation and automating communications. To do this they will have controlled access to our prospect, contact and client databases including personal and transactional data. We can confirm that they have implemented appropriate security measures to ensure the privacy, safety, and security of the data including password protected access, daily back-ups and encryption. As well as having a client contract in place with Fuel Marketing, they are also bound by strict terms and conditions of business and an NDA.
